Vertigo and dizziness
(Vestibular rehabilitation)

- Vertigo: a sense that your or your surroundings are spinning
- Loss of balance/ falling / unsteadiness
- Nausea, light headedness
- Difficulty focusing your vision especially with fast head movements
Dry needling
Dry needling for myofascial pain is a very effective way of releasing painful and tight ‘trigger points’ in muscle and fascia.
It involves inserting small filament type needles to release tight muscles, swiftly and effectively, with the goal of permanently reducing muscle pain and dysfunction.
Headaches and migraines
Headaches very often occur as referred pain from the neck joints. Mobilising the affected joints and improving neck strength are usually very effective in improving these headaches.
Physiotherapy can be an effective way to reduce headaches.
Post-Concussive Syndrome (PCS)
Post-Concussive Syndrome is a condition where the symptoms of a concussion last for months after the initial injury. In most cases people who experience a concussion will normally have all symptoms resolve within 10-14 days.
However, in Post-Concussion Syndrome these symptoms can last for months and even up to a year or more in some cases.
